First Floor and Kitchen Remodel in Marin County

PK Construction remodeled the first floor of this lovely Mill Valley home. We removed a load bearing wall to open up the floorplan and make the home optimized for hosting and everyday living. We skimcoated all wall surfaces to a level 5 smooth wall. We refinished all hardwood floors and gave them a new life. To brighten up the home, we added all new recessed can lighting. To tie it all together, PK Construction did a full kitchen remodel, with all white finishes and stainless steel appliances.

2 Modern Bathroom Remodels

Composite Deck with Glass Railing

PK Construction fully demolished and rebuilt this family’s 3 story deck. The team safely removed the existing deck, lowering it 3 stories and hauling the debris away. New 20 foot posts and peers were installed using strict safety procedures. A stunning glass railing was installed to maximize the beautiful hillside view of Mill Valley.

Exterior Home Renovation in Tiburon

PK Construction added a stunning glass railing deck to this Tiburon home. We worked with the clients to create their perfect outdoor entertaining space, that matches the coastal style of their home. We also added a smaller deck to the second story which matched the larger deck. 

After phase 1 of the project was complete, PK Construction came back and helped the client replace their roof, shingle siding and front door. 

Custom Kitchen Remodel with Skylights

PK Construction is an expert carpentry and framing crew, who is able to make the most custom kitchen vision a reality. For this creative Mill Valley family, the team put in all new kitchen countertops and shelving, without damaging the walls or beautiful ipe floors on their home. The most important part of this kitchen was building a large custom island, a built in Wolf range with an automatic downdraft ventilation system, and quartz countertops for cooking.
