First Floor and Kitchen Remodel in Marin County

PK Construction remodeled the first floor of this lovely Mill Valley home. We removed a load bearing wall to open up the floorplan and make the home optimized for hosting and everyday living. We skimcoated all wall surfaces to a level 5 smooth wall. We refinished all hardwood floors and gave them a new life. To brighten up the home, we added all new recessed can lighting. To tie it all together, PK Construction did a full kitchen remodel, with all white finishes and stainless steel appliances.
